My health challenge is what motivates me to create healthy recipes and try to stay active.
I have a background in nutrition and know that diets rich in plant foods are the lifelines to optimal health.
So, I focus on incorporating more vegetables and wholesome foods into my diet.
I have recently developed a weightloss programme- HHEM( pilot)
HEALTHY BALANCED DIET, HYDRATION, EXERCISE and MEDITATION
Which is a non-restrictive simple way to loose and manage weight long term.
