On this channel I will be sharing recipes, ideas and a little bit of my lifestyle. I am a World Trade Survivor and a Breast Cancer Survivor who was diagnosed in April 2018. After recovery, I decided to share what I have been through and how I came out of the storm, getting back to living my normal life with just a few changes such as being conscious about who and what I entertain, what I eat, drink and what I use on my body.
