I am a dentist and sleep medicine aficionado but in the core of my heart, I am a steadfast believer that a happy life needs a healthy and nourished body, a nourished mind and a peaceful and nourished soul. Any imbalance in either of these leads to a meltdown in our professional and personal lives.

This journey, is to inspire myself with home-cooked, minimally processed and nourishing recipes, which don’t need extensive preparation and yet do not compromise on the taste.
