Daniyo-ga is for anyone who wants to become empowered to be exactly as themselves. Without question, yoga and meditation can transform your life! I am living proof.

This channel is for all PEOPLE! But i dedicate my channel to teachers - public, private, home school, or any teacher in between. I once had this channel as Fit Happy Teachers. All of us educators deserve a great workout and this is my way to give back to other teachers who are giving it their all. I believe that if we teachers take care of ourselves, we are better for everyone and everything else we have going on everyday! My workouts were focused on high intensity training. However, I found a love for yoga and meditation. So my channel is now named Daniyo-ga which is also fitting becuz one of my favorite nicknames from my late uncle was Daniyo.
