Welcome to Megshaw's Kitchen, previously called "AllThingsFab Kitchen".

My name is Margaret. I Was born and raised in the little peaceful city of Calabar. Then I moved to England with my family in my mid-teens.
I love to cook and bake. My recipes are a combination of the amazing traditional Calabar meals that I grew up to love in my early teens, living with my Grandma, as well as the delightful English recipes which I've grown to love for about 20 years now, living and growing my young family here in England.

There is always some freshly home-made bread in my kitchen. So get ready to explore bread-making with me; along with all my traditional Calabar / Nigerian recipes, right from my kitchen.
