I have an experience of music for years. I play guitar, bass, and sing. I comment music based on how they represent and its techniques. Same thing for animation. If they are treated right to respect its viewers, writers, and the series itself or where its inspired by, that is what I can accept. Covers and translations can be great if they feel like the original and different at the same time. Like how tribute bands do rock covers of classic songs. But, I do like original rock music too. Translation foreign cartoons like anime allows the medium to communicate to people in other countries.
