Formal ServiceNow training is not a requirement for learning the ServiceNow platform. My channel is a channel, is intended to help users learn how to use ServiceNow and contains ServiceNow tutorials that answer common questions from everyday ServiceNow users.
We'll go over learning resources, Tips for navigating the platform, and we'll go over some projects, as well as just working together through some of the things I may be working on or trying to setup.
