Welcome to my channel! After 15 years working in corporate finance for San Francisco Bay Area technology companies, I quit my job, rented my house, and set out to travel, sail, and volunteer in various parts of the world. I've lived in Thailand and Chile, volunteering for local families and communities. I've also been licensed by the U.S. Coast Guard as a 50-ton Master, and by U.S. Sailing as a Keelboat and Cruising Instructor. I currently work summers at OCSC Sailing in San Francisco as a sailing instructor, and spend the off-season traveling and volunteering.

This channel, as well as my website www.dannyboytravels.com, provides a platform for me to document my journey.
