About Van Hall

GAFF (God And Family First) is my Life. I am Van Hall, Sr. The most honorable job I've ever had is being a Father. My second most honorable job is being a Husband. Those two jobs collectively structured my 3rd most honorable job, a Coach. What I learn, I Teach. Whether the information is regarding Life, Business, Common Sense, Parenting, Health, Sex or whatever else. I plan on publishing that information forward to anyone who can benefit from it.

I've been fortunate enough to have some phenomenal experiences that have led to great successes. One of those experiences was building a successful YouTube channel (LFR FAMILY) with my son. From this new knowledge, (LFR JoJo & LFR Niah) was created. By starting and growing these channels, we have learned a great deal. It has afforded me new friends, associates and business relationships around the world. For that I am greatly appreciative, and would love to teach others how to navigate this Digital Space best as I know how.
