This one goes to the 1% of shounen fans who bothered factchecking all the misleading viral hoaxes of the Arabic dub using the 4kids American version, Arabic Sanji smokes and blood does infact exist in this Arabic universe contrary to 4kids' headcanon where blood isn't real apparently. Enough said.
Funfact: This is the only non-Japanese version of the anime that got a VHS release as late as 2007 no less.
