Here is a series of short animatics I made depicting scenes from the novel The Last of the Sky Pirates by Paul Stewart, another favourite of mine since adolescence. Be warned: a sudden sound effect may be heard and if you’re not prepared for it, it may catch you off-guard. You see, this film doesn’t have any sound effects. I had only just started using the BBC SFX Library relatively recently.
