Here's a basic version of Pocket Frogs (the Nimblebit app we all know and love) for Scratch.
WHAT'S NEW IN v2.1
• Fewer presents have frogs (@MewT365873)
• Optimizations (hopefully everything will be faster)
• More fish in the pond
• Chroma pattern color
• The "hop" sound no longer plays immediately when you hop
• You can no longer hop to the lily pad you're on
• Instead of receiving a gift as soon as you touch a gift lily pad, you must land on it
• While hopping, a frog's pattern shouldn't lag behind it.
POSSIBLE UPCOMING FEATURES
• Levels associated with different patterns
• Money system to buy or breed new frogs, rewarded for breeding certain combinations or hopping on gifts
• More possible gifts
• Mailbox to receive stuff after delay (or that might stink)
• Buy new backdrops and other stuff.
• Different habitats
• Sell/give away frogs (@shortrose)
• Turn down [for what] a gift (@shortrose)
• Make sure lilypads can't span atop each-other (@Aquaflame)
• More patterns!
KNOWN BUGS
• Sometimes lily pads show up as translucent for no good reason.
• Anura pattern will show as too big on immature frogs.
• AGH! THE BREED PAGE IS SUPPOSED TO SHOW YOU WHAT THE OFFSPRING COULD BE! WHY ISN'T IT WORKING? I SPENT SO MUCH TIME TRYING TO MAKE IT WORK AND IT'S NOT!!!
