v3.7: Made rainbows cost twice as much, but you get twice as much money as well.
v3.6: You now receive more starting money. This will make the game have less slow of a start.
v3.5: You now have to score more in order for more people to appear. Also, the income of offices was changed slightly.
v3.4: I strategically adjusted the prices of buildings, amount of score you get, and income amount. This should make the game longer.
v3.3: Made shops more expensive so the game lasts longer. Also, you get more starting money to make up for it.
v3.2: Fixed selling prices.
v3.1: Adjusted the prices of buildings to make game longer. Also, changed some building descriptions. Look for dem references...
