!!--- This game is currently unfinished. Not everything works yet. I will be finishing what is here soon and adding more later. Because of this, I do not want to un-share so this project may occasionally be down for maintenance during which playing will be unavailable. If playing is unavailable, hit the button on the screen to notify me via cloud variables so I can pause on work and you can play. Once you hit the button, just come back in a few minutes and it should be working again. ---!!

Immortal blade is a game that is where you play as a one of three sword types and try to survive and defeat waves of enemies to save the kingdom on different battlefronts. As you defeat enemies, you gain Essence which is used to upgrade your swords (level cap is 21) (and possibly more things soon ( ͡• ͜ʖ ͡• )). Controls are in the game menu under, believe it or not, the Controls tab! (Click to open).
!!--- One control not mentioned there is a beta feature where you can end a battle whenever you want. This is also how you set scores for the moment ---!!

The Kingdom of Marchii is under attack from the forces of evil as they try to take back the Continent of Ascension as a act of revenge. No surrounding kingdoms have come to your aid. Elves have long since vanished from these parts of the world and cannot help either. You are the only help that the kingdom of Vorpallion will get. You are the sentient sword that is the protector of the kingdom, bound to the realm by the life crystal which you must defend at all costs! Good luck!

Obviously, at the moment this is not complete. I had two weeks in the Jam to make this and I might have underestimated the timing. So it is just a beta for now. I will definitely be adding more as time goes on such as up to 8 courses with random generation and hazards unique to each stage. I will add enemies with advanced pathfinding also unique to each stage and maybe boss waves. I will also add up to 7 or 8 swords, possibly one sword along with each location. Potentially boosters, achievements, and sword ability upgrades will be added.

First of all, this meets the theme of weird movement because it is very weird that a sword would be moving on its own. Secondly, I would like to request that this would be judged not only as it is but also that its potential might be factored in too.
