Credit to "Legions: Horus Heresy" (the game) and Warhammer 40k for the faction names, in-game concepts, and art used in this project. And the art I copied for the thumbnail.
Ratings are as of May 20, 2022 - I am excluding the new Titan Factions as I have no idea what to say about them. (Also, I'm too lazy to include them/rate them.)
2023 Note: Oh gosh not another new expansion--
This project is officially outdated
FINAL NOTE: This game is quite balanced! Just because I rate a Legion C Tier does not mean that they are uselessly pathetic. There is not a large gap between Legion quality, but I like to think of this List as a good starter's guide! Almost.
