Just imagine 1924 Germany. You can cut a newspaper into many pieces and each of these would be worth more than the banknotes.

to sum up WW II in about 20 mins is impressive, very well done, thoroughly hits the high points and it's very easy to follow.

These videos are 100% the best way to learn a bit of history. I’m shocked at how much I’m actually retaining

Love how you started ww2 at the end of ww1. It really helps to add a lot of context. Great work on this for real! Both in content and in design

It is hard to fully thank someone for creating such a concise and informative video such as this one. Just know that it is excellent and very well appreciated.
  • @iXUZDAP
I love maps, and history. I would watch a 3 hour version of this.

Switzerland is that quiet kid in the back of the classroom that reads books while other students fight when teacher is gone.

Due to a technical and human error, our map did not include Brazil as part of the countries that participated in the WWII campaign. The original French version of our WWII video does not contain this error. https://youtu.be/OJ0gZNmF63c

I could watch this video 100 times and it would never get old, i would learn countless viewpoints every time. We all understand how much time and research came into making this video. Thank you so much for the hard work.

It's kinda crazy that the UK was basically soloing about a dozen countries for a while. That island defense is bonkers and they were just everywhere on the globe at that time.

The Netflix series “WWII In Color: Road To Victory” fifth episode “The Invasion of Italy” goes into a lot of detail about that now overlooked part of WWII. It even questions why America & the British Commonwealth bled so many resources fighting to take Italy. Rome fell the day before D-Day in June 1944 but German efforts to hold central & northern Italy for months afterwards turned the European theatre into a three front war for Germany that became nearly impossible to win.

I'm happy to finally publish this extended version of our summary of the Second World War. Moving forward, my plan is to tackle new subjects and speed up the rate of video releases. Thank you and remember -- you can support me on Patreon as well. Happy viewing and until soon. www.patreon.com/geohistory Edit: Due to a technical and human error, our map did not include Brazil as part of the countries that participated in the WWII campaign. This is the best summary of WW history I’ve seen. A world map view with timeline of years showing. Great job. An excellent visual for a classroom of students.
  • This is the best video explained in detail and using world maps This is what I was looking for
