Today we visit the Morris Thompson museum, a local market and see the Golden Heart Revue at the Palace Theatre in the evening.

Markets are so nice to visit. Such a relaxing day. I’m the same, mostly in bed by 9:30pm unless we are seeing a show or out. That peach cake is amazing looking. The show looked fun! Must be weird with the sunrise/set times.

Alaska is a dream of mine and I have so enjoyed your photographs and videos. Can’t wait for more. You have taken some spectacular shots of the gorgeous scenery. I am happy you were able to spend such a long time there and really have time to relax and explore the places you went instead of trying in vain to cram the entire state into a week or two. I am sure you were glad to go home, but I wonder if it was also difficult to leave Alaska? I feel like if I go, I will want to stay. 😀. P.S. I completely agree with you about the taxidermy. I will never understand the desire to kill an animal as a trophy or challenge. It’s just wrong and people pay tens of thousands of dollars to do these hunts all over the world. I think it should be illegal.
