I start my day @ 6:00am & stay in bed and sing softly Worship songs & pray in the Spirit until 6:30 am. As I get ready for work, I YouTube channels of people praying. When I get into my car, my radio is programmed to Christian stations that have people reading through the Bible. I recommend to start you days like this.
