If you were a young lad looking to pick a branch of the UK Military to join, surely this type of video would point you towards the Royal Marines. Excellent work.

Being a Norwegian and knowing first hand what the arctic can bring of challenges, I'm happy that our allies from UK are willing to train in these conditions. We just hope their skills is never needed.
  • The production level of royal marines social media really is on another level compared to the british army or the raf. Will similair videos be made about the commandos operating in the jungle or the desert?

God bless the Royal Marines. Greetings from a Dutch Marine. Love working with the Royal Marines from the UK
  • I'm a soldier in the Norwegian army and I am really grateful for the Royal Marines to join our training up her in north Norway, and so they are able to join us in a Potential conflict. Thank you! For those who do not have artic training will have a very hard time the first moths in a Potential conflict in the north.

Seriously your PR machine has got it right on the Button. Fantastic in style and cinematic presentation. It's no wonder the Army is struggling with it's numbers with all their touchy feely hug a tree.
  • Pressure cooperation with you Britain, Love and respect from your northern Allie 🇳🇴🤝🇬🇧

The commandos are taking this to a whole new level, looks like they know something is coming...

The kit now compared to even 20 years ago is quite rightly superb. Excellent soldiers with a great ethos.

I must, say, im very proud to have these guys fighting to protect us ever day 🙏
  • I left in 2007 and it still gets me excited to this day. The videos that are being produced as well are hoofing so far ahead of the other branches.
  • Royal marines are some fucking beasts! I am proud that they train alongside us in the harsh Norwegian winter climate. Greetigs from Norway🐺

Honoured to have the British Royal Marines join us for training here in Norway. Did the ice break drill myself and it's fascinating how your body just forgets how to breathe without conscious effort once the shock hits you, so it's good that these guys clearly know the importance of getting experience with extreme climates
  • As an elderly 74yr old granny from across the sea, in South Africa, all respect and admiration! How wonderful to see young men of such calibre prepared to undergo such incredible training. 🇿🇦👏🏻

Met with quite a lot of Royal Marines in Northern Norway during my year there. There always seems to be a Royal Marine up there. Tough as nails and great guys.

Passed my PRMC when I was 19, got badly injured and was unable to join. Watching videos like this make me have mixed emotions. I'm bloody proud of these guys, but God damn I wish I had the opportunity to earn the green lid. Instead, I joined the Army. Deep regret. Lads who are looking to join.. train hard, dream big and push yourself. It's worth the short term pain.
