Taming the Tongue (Sermon)

The Bible says man can tame just about any beast, but not the tongue. What makes the tongue so dangerous? Are we truly without hope or is there something we can do to keep this small but dangerous member in check? Join me as we briefly examine what the Bible has to say on the subject, pulling primarily from the 3rd Chapter of James.

Believe it or not, sitting at my desk and recording a coherent message is a real challenge. I suffer from several debilitating chronic health issues. Even my facial expressions are effected, as I occasionally find myself struggling to control them. So, if I seem extra fidgety or my energy levels appear to fluctuate suddenly, that's why.

Holding my tongue has been so very good for me, hard at first but with practice and Jesus all things are possible. 🙏🏽♥️
