To be fair to Lewis he was never told that russel was going to do a one stamp and the team did not even allow Lewis to go for a one stop or stay out longer on tyres that Lewis felt were completely fine

Never mind Hamilton not being happy, check out Wolff after what appeared to be a stunning one two: miserable, apprehensive? By then he knew what was coming: George's long stint took more rubber off the tyres - and rubber is heavy - and tyres are times 4. When George said "leave these tyres with me" the pit couldn't really radio back "It will make your car underweight at the end" - even if they had realised straight away. An even more impossible radio message if they realised later.
