We are going to be doing some coverage of Blood & Plunder from Firelock Games and we needed a cool Pirate Gaming Table.

So we built one and recorded the steps we took in a series of Vlog videos to show you guys at home how it's done.

It goes through all manner of different techniques including the building of the islands, how to paint and flock them, building bridges and painting the ships you see here too.

There are loads of techniques to get stuck into so if Blood & Plunder deserves a gorgeous tabletop this is the place to find out more.

With Jonathan and Mike from Firelock now in the studio, we have got the miniatures ready and we can’t wait to battle it out on this fantastic island.

Watch out for our Blood & Plunder coverage in the future at:

  • Do you have a direct link to the build videos? The vlog page is rather long and I couldn't find the videos through the search field.

How did you make the fishing net, etc?

Gorgeous table, and the water effect, among others, looks so good. When you mentioned a cave, and later mentioned that the table is modular, I though "How cool would it be if there was an actual cave under those layers of terrain?"

    How about those Puffins though...
