Wow this was so beautifully made, well done and thank you to everyone involved. I like how the story took the focus on the perspective of an half Altmer who would've suffered the blunt of the anti elven sentiments which was at its peak after the Great War, which when compared to an Altmer or human protagonist, reflects more objectively the prejudice that's unfortunately all too common in Tamriel. I think her childhood would've made a very interesting story too, since she was raised by Elenwen, who isn't shy about her contempt for humans and who was tasked to raise what the Thalmor considered a "half breed" as her daughter. I guess that would be akin to growing up half African or Asian in 1930's Germany, which can't be easy. And it brings me to think, was the girl treated well? Did other Altmer children felt the need to say something funny because they wanna "act cool"? It was amazing to see how fast the humans accepted her as one of their own as soon as she proved her worth, without a word about her elven features, she's found somewhere she could call home, even if she isn't who the humans think she is. And that's something she's been struggling among Altmers her entire life. Because to Altmers, she will always be, as that Thalmor officer put it at the beginning: "a disgusting human", and they will never see her or treat her as one of their own, no matter how pretty, smart and capable she is, or with the fact her mother is an elf. Really well done and I'm waiting eagerly for part 2, but no rush tho, take all the time in the world you need, as we all know, a good feast takes time to prepare.
