I am in the USA. Just recently started watching the Master Chef Australia and I really enjoyed the time you spent with a couple contestants at your house. Think you made a ribeye. You are just a solid individual. Ya know, being an amazing chef is great, but to share the intimate personal relationship you have with food, to me, is just stellar. Would love to spend a hour with you in the kitchen as well. Just let me know when. (ha ha) But seriously, well done mate. You have touched me and how I feel about and treat food now. Leeks also taste amazing with mushrooms and garlic if you want to give it a twist. I haven't tried the version with the mushroom soup; as for the type of pasta, even lasagna sheet work.

Mushroom pasta sounds absolutely wonderful! Especially with big chunks of lightly fried, succulent porcini mushrooms & boletus!
