Thank you for being so open about your journey!❤❤ Heard a great tip for the skin, when starting with losing weight. Hydrate your skin with oils and/or lotions after you have showered. This will keep the skin in better shape when dropping weight, and this way the skin can keep up with your body changing more easily🙏
