‘ਵਾਰਿਸ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ’ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਅਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਥੀ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਥਾਣੇ ਦਾ ਘਿਰਾਓ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਘਿਰਾਓ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਗੁਰੂ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਸਵਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਜਾਣ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਵਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਕੀਤ ਗਏ ਸਨ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਲਿਸਤਾਨ, ਅਜਨਾਲਾ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਰੱਖੇ ਹਨ।

i m living in punjab , i m a hindu i hav lot of sikh friends and i never seen them misbehaving with anyone on the bases of their cast, sex, colour . i feel very safe in punjab more then any state in india . we r also accepted by guru sahab ( with due respect ) same as their children . feel proud to be part of punjab .
