You ought to get yourself an egg-timer Tom. When you set down, set the egg-timer for five/ten minutes. If you haven't seen a hand go up in that time, join a rank. It stops you from driving round for an hour and then giving up and joining a rank.

Actually, now you mention toilet breaks; When in London; what would you do if you needed a toilet? Especially in the evening? I usually just walk into a Pret but they can close quite early. I find that finding a toilet in the evening can be quite a challenge.

As some insight, here in Singapore (and probably other countries) many taxi drivers don't know local roads, hence you gotta give them a general area before then directing them once you get there. Probably explains the lads at 24:30.

As a newbie to your videos must admit I do enjoy , does make me laugh when you say “20 min before the next job etc” you really need to try rural taxi driving 20 mins between jobs for me would be a mega day lol
