His obsession with utter perfection......his dedication to to detail. In hindsight, no mere mortal could live to complete the vision he had. Miura was one of those rare people like Tolkien, he created a world singlehandedly.

I don’t think Miura intentionally “cartoonified” the characters for Elfhelm, however, I think he knew that he’d have to at least initially simplify it. So he made it coincide with the beginning of Elfhelm to give it a distinct aesthetic when compared to the rest of the series, and by the time the crew leaves Elfhelm, Miura will have finished adjusting to digital and the art style will have gone back to the Fantasia style.

If miura ever gonna passed berserk to another artist, then I really hope he still gonna write the story because there literally no one can writes the story beside miura.

It started out as edgy demon hunting, then turned into Shakespeare, then went back to edgy demon hunting but transitioned into DnD.

I never realised that he went digital. It was already baffled by the fact he was able to make such artwork in INK, but now digital? That's baffling. I can't wait to see how it improves, because digital artwork gives much more freedom and flexibility to creating colors, textures and shades.

I get a little mad when people say they read the entire manga in a couple weeks. It took me months just from how long I would admire all the detail, its hypnotizing. I fuxking love berserk 😭😭😭
