If they had been kept in a juvenile facility or jail instead of being allowed to be on home confinement, this man would still be alive. A GPS tether didn't stop him, so they thought confining him to home would??? The judge that ordered that should be held responsible for letting a violent, dangerous thug back out on the streets. These young men don't respect the law, the police or human life.

Home detention is such a joke, if you were charged with a serious crime, a jail cell should be the only place to be detained, a monster is a monster no matter what age they are.
