The second movement of the Mendelssohn is one of those pieces that is once heard, never forgotten

I didn't think to donate during the stream, so I've just sent some "coffee" your way. Thanks for the fun festival, and your kind words! I can't wait for this summer.

So heute fange ich mit dem Anschauen hiervon an, habe mich extra um den Abend gedrückt, damit ich nur die Musik genießen kann, ohne jeglichen Abstimmungsstress 😅

Thank you Fraser and all contributors. It is so good to get to know each other better, not only as musicians but as fellow humans, internationally. I look forward hoping that in the next few days that the Sunday video and voting results get sorted and timestamped for easier enjoyment and reference. Glory to the cauliflower and baby spider heroes!

That was waaaaaaay out of my comfort zone, but I am happy for the opportunity to share my enthausiasm with the gang. Very awsome to see some of the people of the gang perform and I am eager to learn more about eachother and share stuff. I am an advocate for an extra platform to build and bond the gang on as a community to share each others enthausiasm, meet up and most importantly get better and help each other out with their interests! Sorry about the: "tonights main perfomance" was in reference to two short bits in advance about my unusual Hauptwerk/Sweelinq setup and my enthausiasm for mechanical organs and playing with the wind on them. They where likely out cause I had glitches in the audio and video in those bits on my end already! We had a ton of fun at the organ, but yeh, no time to really get used to the organ, you are basically switching positions after each bit you play and most certainly no time for retakes or correcting mistakes. What you see my friends to is desperately cutting out the charmades as we where increasing the Setzer in which there was some form of crescendo programmed. We already had 3 noise complaints at that point and as we definitely want to return there... The walk in croud was cheering us on atleast 😂 About the appliances bit, yes I too designed the whole electrical bit behind my organ console, and a lot is still work in progress. I am working on rocker and drawstops with oled displays, midi muxing, but beside organ stuff also home automation, smart knobs with haptic feedback, joystics and other devices with haptic and force feedback... Super cool to see everyone and a well deserved first place! Looking forward to the next one of these, but probably hard pass for me for the next time. You all have seen me perform this time, next time its your turn to share!

I definitively missed the live version of the sunday evening! lovely, beautiful, extraordinary performances. Thanks to everybody. Some I know better who is who is in the chat. On the way, specially me, I love all the words and explanations from Fraser. 👍👏

What a fantastic evening of music. Every contribution is a winner in its own right. However one thing makes me feel sad. It’s about the voting. To be precise it’s the amount of one-star votings each and every piece got. I think that’s disrespectful of the effort everyone has put into their recording. Even if the piece itself is not to my taste I can at least honor the work and time that went into the performance. And that alone should have been worth more than one star.

I think Mattt King's image was left to right inverted. Judging by the words on his hat. So both instruments were right handed.
