Pile 1 & 3 are very complimentary. Iโve done a lot of shadow work this year. Now I feel peace. On Monday in therapy I did some Family Constellation work and (thankfully) I am indeed the black sheep of my family, I escaped a yucky family system & I am so grateful for that โฆGoing within has been tricky only because I donโt want to disrupt my peaceโฆ I have had massive spiritual stuff occur this year (๐) & sometimes itโs a lot, as such sometimes I just need a pause.
