  • It's awesome how he stays so poised when he has to say the same thing over and over. Thank goodness he does this for us because ultimately the more he repeats it the more we can understand it! Also, the way he can sit there and talk for 3 straight hours on the same subject and not fumble over any information or say the same thing twice is really impressive. Man oh man, Joe Dispenza impresses the shit out of me. I appreciate him so much.
  • I witnessed a man who was a tall man, but stooped over due to a broken back from 10+ years prior (skydiving accident). In one meditation, he healed, he heard his back crunching around and after that, stood tall and straight. Previously, he was bent over like at a 90 degree angle!! I’ll never forget that. That was 2019, I think. Last year, I saw a woman who was so near death get out of a wheelchair as a healthy, vibrant person. It was hard to believe she was ever sick. My confirmed celiac disease is completely gone. I had it diagnosed by biopsy of a rash that has 100% specificity to celiac disease. The rash is called dermatitis herpetiformis on the scalp. GONE. I’ve been doing this work since 2017 and my results did not happen fast. I can tell you I will never stop doing this work. It has been the greatest gift and miracle in my own life. Dr. Joe is a great treasure and such a humble kind and loving person.

Most people misunderstand Dr. Joe, thinking he teaches the law of attraction. A key message from his work is the practical science of change. It's about breaking free from your oldself and the emotions you're addicted to, and creating the future version of yourself that you wish to become. It took me a while to fully understand his message. You can change your beliefs and habits, and transform into a new identity by appliying these principles. Just like quitting smoking by embodying the identity of a non-smoker. The disease, stress, unworthiness, limiting beliefs and anxiety no longer exist in the new person. The healing happens by default. That's why those who go through this work can create wealth, health and the relationships they desire relatively easier. Dr. Joe Dispenza will go down in history as one of the most effective pioneers in this field.

Good lord every sentence makes you stop and think deeply. A very wise man.

It took me over a year, too, to "discipline myself" to meditate first thing in the morning which for me was really something I felt like I needed to master after 15 years of grieving for the loss of my late husband, Joe, and my son, David, 8 months later. I got addicted to feeling sad and feeling like I could never experience true joy again. I couldn't even imagine a future. I've been self-disciplining myself since I was 9 years old (at least 57 years), but there was always "some reason to not feel good enough" ... the songs I play in my mind without even thinking about it. Anyway, I am finally getting there though (meditating when I first wake up). I am finally emerging from the abyss of grief somewhat, but those feelings will always creep up on birthdays, and holidays and other special days. It is not the end of the World anymore, though. That is a huge miracle for me. Thank you, Dr. Joe.

I was a transgender drug addicted mess and then I found Joe Dispenza. My entire life changed almost ten years ago and has just progressively gotten so much better. Love yourself enough to show up and give it a try.

can't believe nobody talks about a book 'Unveiling your hidden potential' by Bruce Thornwood, it goes deep into all of this and it honestly changed my life
  • That Gamma state Joe is speaking about at 56mins is spot on. I've been meditating since 2019, I was one of those people who used to think meditation was absolute bullsh*t but now I know differently. It can't be intellectualised, you can only experience it for yourself by actually doing it. In all the years I have been meditating I have only hit that Gamma state once, it was hands down one of the most amazing things I have ever experienced. It felt like I was in the centre of the sun and I had such a feeling of the purest sense of love and bliss that I didn't want it to ever end.

I was poor with chronic back pain couldn't pick up a pen while my 60 year old father worked the farm and surfed rose his bike. I fell in a serious depression, watching how older men had more strength and health than me... through this I got into meditation and qi gong later found dispenza and understood how to use my meditation to heal... Completly. Finally can travel the world and do the activities I enjoy to do

Finally someone that asks Dr. Joe different questions....how fun! Dr.Joe is my hero for telling me to be my own hero, and I now am. Love to all!❤️

Chris, I'm a nobody... I've been listening to your podcast for a while now and it has genuinely helped me change my life...One day, I want to visit your production. THANK YOU!
  • This is my favorite Dr Joe Dispenza interview. The reason why it's so far the best is that you "Chris" are digging deeper than anyone else I've ever heard. I've seen so many interviews and there's a redundancy to them. You really brought yourself into the interview without overriding or stealing the show. This is an authentic exchange. I just love to see Dr Joe light up.

11:35 "Believing in your future more than you're believing in your past." I love this frame of mind 😊 Well said
  • “The memory with out the emotion becomes wisdom” release the addiction to the emotion and what transcends is a gift for all.
  • Doesn’t matter what he says, just hearing his voice now is pure medicine, he’s synonymous with pure love and envoking change ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Listened to this on Spotify and now hitting again on YouTube. Dr. Joe Dispenza saved my life when I first heard him on Ed Mylett 5 years ago. When he said "Your personality creates your personal reality, and to change your personal reality you need to change your personality" awoke the life inside of me. 5 years of hard work to reframe my demons into angels and I'm grateful you're interviewing him helping give others more insight into what's possible within. Only recently did I allow the full potential to be unleashed (still dealing with unintentionally caging the beast, but as he says "how many times do you need to forget before you remember.") Thank you Chris for giving me additional insight and wisdom as well as introducing me to Alex Hermozi through your interviews. Thank you very much mate. I'll see you soon <3

This might be the best podcast episode of all time

I had 5 kidney hospitalisations from Christmas to Feb. I followed this technique along with other “mental diet” techniques, essentially brainwashing myself, I started walking in nature as meditation and increased it to 20K steps a day. I’ve had no health issues since. Your thoughts and mindset and openness to let go of your story literally shapes your reality. I will die on that hill. The only issue I face now is inner unwillingness to listen to other peoples “problems” when their language describes negative emotions, they don’t do the work themselves and dwell on past failures. I don’t know how to kindly tell them I just can’t listen to it any more.

I love Dr Joe , i’m 63 years old, living in the old program over the past till I was 62, then I started listening to Dr. Joe, I no longer live by the emotions of the past, I am living the emotions of the future, I can’t believe how much I have progressed listening to Dr. Joe teach, it is so good to know that I don’t have to live in the past anymore
