I'm what they call a Celebrant in the UK. The person who will deliver the eulogy if the family is unable. You have done a beautiful job and I wanted you to know that. Well done! Your Gran would have been very proud.

Another candidate for the greatest eulogy of all time was in the 1980s for a dead wheelchair bound British WW2 Veteran. My dad used to deliver his meals on wheels food. When he died my dad went to his funeral and there was no one else there. He was about to leave when a huge 6 foot 5 priest swept in and gave a passionate eulogy lionising the man for 10 minutes in front of one person.

I lost my grandmother today. Comfort watching this through the tears. Great job!

I hope I have half the courage and ability to be as humorous as you did young man, I’m still trying to write my grandmas eulogy and I only have 2 days to do it. I’m sure your grandmas is so very proud of you.

My heart... I know I'm late.. And I was in a sad mood that - went looking for videos to make me cry because I'm weird like that. I'm happy I came across this. ❤

May your Soul Rest In Peace Judy Bauer. God bless you

That was pretty awesome. I’ve always thought it was more meaningful and special when a family member delivers a eulogy.

Well done sir. I just lost my grandmother (to ovarian cancer) three days ago, and her funeral is Wednesday and I will be doing a section of her eulogy.

Very well said, a beautiful piece. My grandfather passed an hour ago, one of the most capable, kind, compassionate, and COMPLETE Human beings, and men I have had the pleasure to get to know in this life, and right up to the last days. He was special

Hahaha! OMG. The part about the present reminds me of my grandma! She's still with us, thankfully but every time someone opens something she does that same thing "OOOOHHH WOW!"
