This is such an amazing video. It was an absolute pleasure to help! Making a calculator in ~2 weeks is no easy feat, and the final result looks amazing! Proud of you bro!

It's cool to see that you get quicker at recognising why things went wrong and where things went wrong. You're deepening your understanding of redstone which makes you more efficient.
  • @Purple_Gu7
Y'know, having Rekrap as a person to teach redstone would be amazing, It would actually probably start to make me a Redstone addict.
  • @thzockt
That's why, I love redstone. First, it's really frustrating, but then at the end, it looks really fancy and you feel really proud that you have built this.

This guy is the definition of “never ever give up even if it takes 71 years.”
  • @Randomwords247
Rewatching this video and its still absolutely INSANE how you managed to do all this, and also that redstone is just able to do this in general. I always forget how complicated it can get Awesome video as always :D!

12:15 literally a wolf in sheep's clothing lol
  • What could go wrong spending a month building a highly flammable build
  • @KingOttac
Rek now holds the record for calculated any% with no speedrun calculator 🤣
  • @Its_DavyJones
This is actually crazy. So much dedication and determination. Keep it up Rek!
  • For video recs, I feel like many of us love the more chill videos on your second channel just as much as the super planned out, goal-focused ones. would love to see a video that’s just like playing bedwars with friends, or speedrunning with people :)
  • @mistooken
As an IT technician, it was really fun to see rekrap learn how binary code works and such.
  • @gregoryb6494
As a computer engineer it is really fun watching rekrap learn the basics of digital logic.
  • DUDE REKRAP THIS IS WHY I LOVE YOUR VIDS, YOU TAKE ON CHALLENGES AND EXPERIENCES YOU HAVE NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN AND YOU ABSOLUTELY CRUSH IT WITH YOUR DEDICATION OR JUST WILLINGNESS TO A NEW EXPERIENCE, ITS RLLY GREAT WATCHING THAT, ITS THE BEST THING ABOUT UR VIDS, LIKE EVEN WITH THE DREAM BOAT CLUTCH YOU LEARNT, I LOVE THE MINDSET YOU HAVE WHILE DOING SUCH VIDS, AND ITS WHAT KEEPS ME WATCHING SUCH VIDS AND ENGAGED THE WHOLE TIME- I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE JOURNEY YOU SHARE OF AN INTERESTING UNIQUE CHALLENGE YOU TAKE ON WITH NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN IT-
  • this is such an amazing idea for a video! best minecraft video ive ever seen on youtube! wildly different tactic to beat the game, but also very intertaining as a redstone fan!
  • All the leaf scaffolding looks super cool. even though it's wasn't on purpose, they look like really cool vines snaking around the machine. Awesome job on the calculator Rekrap! A lesser man (such as myself) would have given up and chucked his computer out the window!
  • @certifiedlevi
18:55 Never seen Rek's water bucket out of his hotbar until today. Shows how incredibly serious he is about building this 😅
  • @Sarfnic
Well done! Doing a project like this on your own sounds like a massive learning experience.

As a CS major, sometimes the best solution is to take a break from the problem. I would be staring at a question for literal hours just to wake up the next day and instantly realise the solution 😂
