German speaker here: The lyrics are basically about a dog, describing its looks (big ears, long tail etc.) and the owner shouting "no", when the dog misbehaves.

Dude wtf, I heard this song like two days ago on the radio. The host was like "Yeah this metal youtuber made some rammstein-esque song and I think its pretty neat." and just fuckin blasts it at 09:30am on my way into the office.
