Any possibility you might implement this while uploading through mobile? Maybe just an option to add as default so I don't have to go to the browser every time I want to add one.

recently been reusing the endscreen from the previous video and it works good but you still need to resize the thumbnail if you like it bigger, just been setting it at "best for viewer" which is a video from my library selected by YT
