Iconic that you filmed yourself having a public panic attack and posted the video on YouTube. The transparency is next level!!! Love your content

As a Chinese international student studying abroad, I DO learn A LOT about China from Amy, a lot of places and dishes I have not experienced myself. Great content, thank you so much!
  • I would absolutely love to go to these places, but my fear of heights could NEVER. Thank you for braving it for us!!
  • From what I know, sometimes cable cars stop mid-air because of the weather. Maybe some part of the cable was going through strong wind and started to swing, they will stop the cable or even reverse it to stable it. Not sure if that was the case there. But long cables do that quite often, sometimes because of the wind, sometimes to adjust tension, and sometimes because of the change of power source.

I was having a severe panic over height while watching the video 😂😂 Enjoy Italy!

I've been a subscriber of your channel for quite some time, and I must express how much I adore your videos. As an international student from China now studying in Australia, I often find myself feeling nostalgic about the food from back home. In those moments, your content is always my go-to source for comfort and connection. Keep up the fantastic work!
  • I expected to be envious and hungry watching you eat, but I didn't expect to laugh watching you cry. Fear can also be a spice.

I was planning to visit Zhangjiajie in 2019 when I was in Changsha but was unable to make it out there. Thanks for showcasing this awesome destination. 🇨🇳

Those views were absolutely amazing and the food as well !
  • Loved this adventure…had the spectacular views to go with the stunning food. Funny how that cable car ride made you sweat more than eating fiery chillies. Enjoy your long beautiful Italian trek with your parents! :D
  • I have to say, the mountains from Avatar are absolutely magnificent, even though I only watched both first and The Way of Water once, along with grilled fish dry pot and mixed noodles, which are unbelievable.
  • Actually the city’s name is Dayong. The name of the city is changed to the same as the scenic area in order to attract more tourists
  • I look forward to your videos every week. They are so great to watch!

Zhangjiajie park is such a lovely place. The early spring is a great time to go. If you walk down the mountain, which takes 3 hours and will absolutely kill your legs, you can put your feet in the spring and chill at the bottom of the mountain. It is absolutely one of the best experiences in my life. Remember to stretch your body afterwards, otherwise you won’t be able to walk on the second day 😂

Dear Amy, thanks so much for the content, particularly the effort and courage of shooting during your apparent fear of height which has reached me through the screen! It’s always a enjoyment to watch your videos 🎉 You helped me get over my homesickness for Chinese food 😘
  • My familyis from Sicily....youre not going that far south so i thought I'd show my gratitude. I so enjoy your food vids. Sicilian Pasta Summer Sauce or Red Pesto or as we say Pasta Cul'agia or pasta with garlic (whatever you call it, its yummy) Roast a handful of pine nuts Some tomatoes 1 per person at least Salt and peper Gsrlic Olive oil best quality you have Basil Pasta water Parmesan or pecorino ahich i prefer Dip tomatoes in boiling water and peel In a mortar take garlic a few cloves of to taste and grind them to a paste with a bit of salt Dice tomatoes into a large bowl Add garlic and salt mix to tomatoes and stir and salt and pepper if bland Rip a handful of basil into tomatoe sauce When pasta is ready add it to tomatoes as well as a bit of pasta water Top with pine nuts and cheese You can substitute pine nuts with walnuts, pistachios o r almond is nice too...but roasting them a must and give them a chop with bigger nuts. Its a raw sauce we eat all summer as fresh tomatoes are available. So delicious, fast, cheap and easy. Hope you try it.
