I think you can collect items back from the shelf if you have a empty box which came with that particular product

FYI, you can grab old stocks with empty box, so you can move them around if needed.

Came on the first day and there was basically no stock and as I was checking out the store closed. I didn't no why bit the next I came almost tripped over the overflowing stock on the sidewalk but amazed by the stock and new output. Sadly I couldn't find anything to complain about. Then as I left I realized the safety issue in the storge room all in all 4/5 stars.

You can re orginise your products by taking them off the shelf putting them into the box and putting them out again. No prob😅

Some suggestions I’ve put on the steam page. 1. An option to customise shelf layout. Eg a 6 layer shelf with smaller gaps between that only allows small items to be place like salt of cakes 2.a door to the storage from inside the shop. 3. Full sign and shop customisations. Like colour and font. Etc. 4.ability to move the light switch so that you can place shelves in on the wall where it is currently. 5. A way to make custom dividing walls in the shop to make an office room. 6. Able to type the card cost on keyboard. 7. Able to make a new save without losing the previous one. 8. Housing and vehicles 9. Ability to choose where you want the shop to expand rather than it being pre designated. 10. Ability to buy multiple shops in different locations. Also possibly in different countries. 11. Keep adding character models. Already impressed with the amount at the current stage. 12. A grid option for light and furnitures. 13. A stock manager app on the computer, to see exactly what is needed. 14. Sign for the shop to go above aisles. 15. Ability to move the front door so shop front and layout can be more customisable. 16. Character customisation. 17. Multiplayer. 18. A salad or butcher bar or sushi bar etc. 19. Ability to add opticians, diners, banks etc in stores. 20. Ability to label shelves on the computer with what they hold and shelf layout (will work well with the stockers update) 21. Ability to place shelves, fridges and freezer 90 degrees of each other so there’s no need to put a gap in the corners. 22. Better npc pathing to checkouts that have less people in rather than choosing the closest one, also for them to leave longer queues to shorter ones. 23. If somebody want something and they are already queuing when you restock they should leave and go get it. 24. Stop people buying un priced products until priced. 25. Staff needs, fatigue ( staff work slower as it gets later), wages ( customisable so player needs to balance profit with staff needs), and emotions. Eg breaks, schedules, rather than just having one stay at the checkout all the time. Occasional strikes, retirement for staff, pension schemes, Overtime pay, Maternity and paternity leave, arriving late. 26. More staff models. 27. Clothing variety of customers. ( a lot wear suits) 28. Festivals for Christmas, Easter etc. 29. Groups of people going to shop like families. 30. Functional doors. 31. Interview option for hiring staff. ( picking correct questions so you have to decide who’s best for the shop) 32.self checkout 33. Advertising schemes ( custom leaflets, tasks to pass them out around the city) 34. Home delivery. 35. Fresh produce ( weighing and amount prices) 36. More serious customer complaints, lawsuits? Customer service desks. 37. Open front fridges like in uk supermarkets.
