8:13 definitely true. When doing martial arts you teacher will make you shout whenever you punch or kick because it gives more power to your punch/kick. This is also why bruce lee does that weird shout whenever he hits someone.

Just one issue with the Beauty and the Beast statement. Although he locked her up, the Beast was nothing but kind to Belle. He didn't abuse or manipulate her in any way, and she sees his true nature come out sometimes, especially with the wolves. Beauty and the Beast isn't about Stockholm Syndrome, its about looking past someone's appearance to see who they actually are. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
