  • America should be brought to the ICJ for its war crimes in Syria.

This is the best lesson, everything is about interests, never about democracy or population interest. They were calling for his resignation many years ago.
  • Despite USA best efforts, the amount of money wasted, the hundreds of thousands of innocent poor people murdered, maimed and displaced, Assad is still there, still in charge: one of the biggest slap in the face of the world's bullies. Thank you Vlad.

  • Way back in 2012 between Bashar al-Assad and the American leaders only Assad knew this day was coming. Aside from my displeasure at our leaders imposing tegime change wars on other countries it also distresses me that our leaders have a poorer understanding of world events than our opponents do.
  • This is evidence of the end of American hegemony

Gaddafi already warned about it... Finally they have realised...
  • This video was uploaded several hours ago and then removed and re-uploaded - I cannot spot any edits so must ask why was the original taken down? Was it due to the negative reception in the comments? Btw well done Guardian on inserting the word "brutal" before civil war. As we all know civil wars occuring in friendly countries are not brutal in the least.
  • Great to see Syria is back in the Arab Leauge. 🇸🇾 Well done Dr Assad . We in India support Damascus - 4000 old friendship with India. 🇸🇾 🇮🇳
