You put the set on the fuse, after it's installed on the shell and turn it to the time you want. When it fires, it starts clocking and so many seconds equals so many meters downrange. When the timer runs out... BOOM! Shrapnel on their heads; Hell, Hate and Discontent rains down. Peace through superior firepower.
