    This is very powerful. I’m a PADI scuba instructor and it’s what we teach students to relax underwater. I’ve seen people transformed over a dive course many times. Nervousness and anxiety problems dissipate quickly and for a lot of people become a thing of the past. It really is a great thing to do. Thanks Doc.
