The biggest mistake of the last Ronin was Michelangelo dying. Him being a Sensei to these four turtles would have been epic.

I was sceptical of the new Turtles at first, but I have to say I really warmed to them and their dynamics and I'm excited to see what adventures they get up to next!

Lost Years was a great follow up to TLR, The Lost Days Special was solid as well. Now we wait until December for the New Journey 🙏🏾

Forgive me, but this just doesn’t sit right with me. I am a huge Ninja Turtle fan, I’ve been one of the since I was a child. But, it’s clear to me that I see an agenda being pushed. It would’ve been so great to see Michelangelo in his final & most strongest mutated form kickin a**, and not only as The Last Ronin, but as the rank of MASTER MICHELANGELO carrying on the legacy & flagship of the Hamato Clan. But more important, it would’ve been great to see Mikey as a FATHER training & raising the new turtles as his father Master Splinter did for him, and his brothers.

The last ronin stories are the best. I’m hoping to see more back stories. Continue those flashback stories where splinter and the turtles were taking down the foot and shredder. That would be nice to see. Loving this ronin universe. Hope to see it in animation ones day.

I honestly would love to see a TV show featuring these new turtles. Yeah sure, the tv show would receive a TV-MA rating (or of similar equivalence in other countries), but I’m starting to get used to these new turtles.

Man, I love me some Old Man Mikey, or, rather, Old Turtle Mikey. Although, it's tough to see him hopeless and dour, though. Mikey lost his groove, but he finds it again.

Mikey can not catch a break ... This is something that took me years to piece together. Mikey is a MAD combat genius. When Splinter gave the turtles their weapons, he gave them weapons that contradicted their personalities. Leo got the most straight forward weapon, yet he is also the one that will look for a peaceful solution. Raph got a defensive weapon, yet he is also the most aggressive one. Don got a simple weapon, yet he is the one who is the most tech savvy. Mikey got a hand-eye coordination tool, that he somehow made work as a weapon (Nunchucks are not weapons they are hand-eye coordination tools, you are more likely to hurt yourself than your opponent with them. Tonfa are a much better weapon, and Mikey uses them. Even a stick is a better weapon over the nunchucks.) That leads into why I think killing Mikey was a mistake from a story prospective. From the snip's we see, Kasey and April were treating the turtles as weapons and not individuals. Mikey would have seen that and treated them as individuals first. Mikey with his surprisingly good adaptability would have had the new turtles be their own individuals and at the same time enable them to work together. They would not be the TMNT Variant B, but a new generation. New generations are built on the foundation of previous generations. These turtles don't have the individuality of the previous turtles. They look different and have different weapons but they don't have that deep individuality that the previous 4 had. Some teaching from Mikey could have helped relieve that.

I’m oldskool, I prefer the real tmnt, they’ve been there for me since I saw the show back in 2003.

I would love to see a full R-Rated tv show/or movie series on the Last Ronin, including flashback parts of when the Turtles were young, but more a darker tone, more like the first movie of 1990. That would be awesome to see. Then ending the tv show/movies with the last page of the Last Ronin with the new turtles.
