1 1.5" Roll Red & Black Harlequin Ladybug Ribbon Item No RGA136427
1 1.5" Roll of Black with Large White Polka Dot Ribbon Item No. RX9145X6
3.8" Foam ball cut in half and painted (watch the ladybug embellishment video linked above.)
