In grass roots you can steal the unmarked police car and customize it because in gta online you can customize it. Rockstar just used the same model and you can also customize the park ranger

I just realized that Franklin originally was good with flying , because he flew the cargobob in monkey business instead of Trevor and he flew a helicopter in this video

After seeing a few of these videos about what was SUPPOSED to happen, I can tell some snooty executive didn't want the game to be too edgy. Lame. That's what the original games were all about.

they had to make the weed missions less desirable to do. hence why they turn into glorified rampage missions instead. imagine if there was hustling missions for franklin like trevors smuggling side missions.

they really nerfed Franklin terribly in GTA 5: he is removed from missions where it would've made sense for him to do something (the toxic agent raid, he was supposed to pilot the cargo bob), his role is undercut in side missions, and he barely gets any character development or closure in story mode. They only made minor upgrades in online with The Contract DLC, but it was too little, too late.
