This is mild compared to Hurricane Michael which I lived through (in my house) as it swept through Bay County, Fl in Oct 2018! This eye has just made landfall wuth only 90 mph winds and 120 gusts as it passes over Bay City. If it continues north it should start to break up fairly soon. Lots of rain coming down for sure! Houston will be flooded. You're lucky this one is not worse. Hope everyone stays safe! The Cajun Navy normally arrives to help with a Humanitarian Effort with Food and Rescue! They're great people. If they arrive, thank them. If they get Shot at like they were in Houston a few years back during the last Hurricane, they will leave immediately! I say you're lucky because H. Michael passed over my house (me & son inside) with 155mph winds and within 2 miles of the West Wall of the Eye. We had to replace almost 50,000 telephone poles in the following 3 weeks in Panama City! Good luck and may God Bless Y'all!

Kprc2 has had the best video updates on this. I tried watching the other stations recently, but they aren't great.. also i saw Jennifer Reyna left us for them 😮‍💨 shame.

This storm is weak, which is a good thing. Of course it's not "news" unless they push terror and negatives. Got to blow it out of proportion or perps fade away. 0330 in Sugar Land right now, and just a little rain and hardly any wind. Bet this storm blows over and dies quick. As for the poor Carribean islands, they are the ones that need our help.
  • Harris County is only one county in Texas in Hurricanes Alberto and Beryl. What's all of this obsessions of Houston, Galveston and Corpus christi?
