Love these one pan dinners! I've got dinners covered for next week!!! π You obviously made these videos at your old house, so I know these are from a while ago, so I had to chuckle at how reserved you were in these. Trust me when I say that we, your YouTube family, love how you've blossomed and grew confident in your cooking! Your counter slappin', mixy mixy, spread, spread, making messes, jokes, everything is better with bacon, and more cheese, and the key to happiness is having cats is why we all LOVE you!!! β€

For years I have used the beef taquitos in corn tortillas, lay them in the baking pan and pour Green enchilada sauce over, then cover with shredded cheese. Cover the top with foil & bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes. Serve with refried beans and/or mexican rice, sour cream & condiments of your choice. Yum!
