Had a dream I was in the 1st trimester and was telling my family. felt like a baby boy. I was surprised I was happy, rubbing my stomach

I've been having so many pregnancy dreams for so long. I'm not pregnant, but I would like to be. I'm not certain which one is coming to fruition, but I'm excited to see.

Hi Auntyflo so happy you interpretated it i just had pregnant a pregnant dream... In my dream , i dreamt that people were trying to hurt me so i run and hid somewhere , but they found me they had axes and knifes and were using it to hurt my stomach ( at first i didn't know i was pregnant,  but saw them trying to stab my stomach ) when i realized  that i was pregnant i found them all and used their weapon's to hurt them   i ended up killing them. After that i saw bruise on my   stomach.... I'm troubled as to what it means.

Me and my boyfriend was having unprotected sex during my ovulation time frame. During that time frame I had a dream I was holding an ovulation test and a pregnancy test and the pregnancy test came out positive I do remember feeling happy and announcing it out loud I was at the hospital and saw doctors and patients. Recently my boyfriend told me that your pregnant and I asked her how would you know that?
