That was the best answer Ive ever heard, "The guns isn't the problem. It's the mentality, and the trauma, and the circumstances, and our plight as urban communities." Thats a man that speaks the truth and gives no effs for politics. Furthermore every individual interviewed seemed to have a buttload of wisdom. Good luck and God bless them all.

Its not all mental illness 1:11. Many of these thugs have hardly had any parental training or discipline. As long as parents dont fully do their job this will continue. Train them before they learn to speak.

Philly is outta control. I'm from MD, took the family up there to visit couple museums and while in traffic, I accidently cut off this guy and the man was furious he followed us for a good minute, waving a gun it at us from his car, asking if we want to die today. He clearly saw the kids in the back and didn't care what so ever. That'll be my last time in Philly. I have to protect my family
