Thanks for posting this i just tore a 95 apart to the bare chasis for a complete rebuild and it was interesting to see how quickly it was assembled and how great it looked from the factory.

Wow. Thats pretty cool! Sounds like you got yourself a real time capsule there. You first car is basically brand new.

I love my 94 GT. super strong car, and makes plenty of power with aftermarket bolt ons. sounds mean and looks damn sexy. parts are super cheap and plentiful, and almost anything that might break can be fixed in my driveway that same day. great car for having 169k on it, I have no doubt it will stay strong for another 100k at least.

Dude i feel you i just got my first car its a 04 mustang convertable v6 but i like going fast so its best i dont have a gt lol but its got 100k on it! love mustangs congrats dude!

I still think this year model is one of the best looking ones.  Maybe I'm a bit biased since I have a '94 V6 and I prefer the 3 horizontal bar taillights versus the three vertical section tails that came in '96.  I have seen a '94 style tail without the paint and think the look great like that as well.

1994 Mustang GT Convertible, with the 5.0, at. 100,000 miles Triple Black.

I bet those people took a lot of pride in their work.

While I agree that they both are great, and I'm not necessarily a fan of rap either, I chose this particular song because of the movie 8 Mile. You see, in the movie, the rap artist worked in a factory at a Detroit stamping plant. Given the environment, it just seemed more appropriate. If I had not have chosen this particular song, I would have gone with a popular song from 1994 instead.

would have loved to have seen the making of the engine.

i got a 99 cobra and i love it more than anything.. build quality destroys today's cars

@crrazyy It is, I have a black with the same problem, but nothing that a new and good quality paint solves :)
  • @FuiPegaUmaCOCS
@crrazyy Mine is black and I repaint it some years ago, paint was flaking off too in some parts, now looks great

I am sure half of those men would've lost their job because of new technology, the new Mustang assembled by more robots and less human!

@comelunch103 Well, Ive had my 94 mustang for over 12 years now, 173,000+ miles, and I think its more dependable and reliable than 21st century cars, domestic and import. That includes high end models. A car should last more than 3 years without any issue IMO. Whats worse is when something does go wrong with these new cars, they refuse to fix them for free, claiming user error.

If hes selling it as a GT, then walk away from it. Do a VIN lookup. The 8th digit in the VIN should have a T if it is truly a GT, a 4 if its a V6. People misbadge V6es all the time. Usually its a personal preference though, not a scam
